UK delivery options

We offer three UK delivery options. Free standard delivery is available on all orders over £50 — outlet and full-price items count toward this threshold.

All orders are dispatched by Royal Mail Tracked (standard) or DPD (express). You will receive a tracking number by email once your order has been dispatched.

When will my order be dispatched?

Orders placed before 2pm Monday to Friday are typically dispatched the same day. Orders placed after 2pm, or on weekends and bank holidays, are dispatched the next working day.

During busy periods such as sale events, dispatch times may extend to 2 working days. We'll always let you know by email if there is any delay.

International delivery

We currently deliver to the United Kingdom only, including Scotland, Wales, Northern Ireland and the Channel Islands. We aim to expand internationally in the near future — sign up to our newsletter to be notified first.

For Northern Ireland and Channel Islands addresses, please allow up to 7 working days for standard delivery. Express delivery is not available to these destinations.

Tracking your order

Once your order has been dispatched you will receive a confirmation email containing your tracking number and a direct link to the carrier's tracking page. You can also track your order any time from our tracking page or from your account.

Missed deliveries

If you're not in when Royal Mail or DPD attempt delivery, they will leave a card with instructions for redelivery or collection. Standard orders will be held at your local delivery office for 18 days before being returned to us. Express orders held by DPD for 5 days.

If your order is returned to us we'll contact you by email and arrange a redelivery. A redelivery charge of £3.99 may apply.

Damaged or missing items

In the unlikely event that your order arrives damaged or with missing items, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery via our contact form. Please include your order number, a description of the issue, and a photograph where possible.
