Returns policy

Free 30-day returns on all unopened items. Here is everything you need to know.

Our returns policy

We offer free returns on all orders within 30 days of delivery, no questions asked. Items must be returned in their original, unopened condition. We cannot accept returns on opened or used products for hygiene reasons.

Changed your mind? You have 30 days from delivery to return any unopened item for a full refund. Simply follow the steps below.

How to return an item

Step 1 — Request a return

Log in to your account and navigate to your order. Select the item(s) you wish to return and the reason. Alternatively, contact us via the contact form with your order number and we'll set up your return.

Step 2 — Print your free returns label

Once your return is approved, we'll email you a prepaid Royal Mail returns label. Print it out, attach it to your parcel and drop it at any Post Office or Royal Mail collection point.

Step 3 — Receive your refund

Once we receive and inspect your return (usually 1–2 working days after receipt), your refund will be processed within 5–7 working days to your original payment method.

Return conditions

  • Items must be returned within 30 days of the delivery date
  • Products must be unopened and in their original packaging
  • We cannot accept returns on opened, used or damaged items
  • Sale and outlet items are eligible for return under the same conditions
  • Free gifts and promotional items must be returned if the qualifying order is returned

Refunds

Refunds are issued to the original payment method only. Please allow 5–7 working days for the refund to appear in your account after we have processed your return. Bank processing times may vary.

If you paid by PayPal, your refund will be credited to your PayPal account. If you paid by Apple Pay, the refund will be credited to the linked card.

Received a faulty item?

If you receive a product that is faulty or not as described, please contact us within 48 hours using our contact form. Select "Faulty or incorrect item" as your enquiry type. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no cost to you, including return postage.

Trade account returns

Trade account customers follow the same returns policy as standard customers. Returns do not affect your cumulative spend total for tier purposes.
