Orders & delivery

Standard orders typically arrive within 3–5 working days. Express orders placed before 2pm arrive the next working day. You'll receive a tracking number by email once dispatched.
We aim to dispatch orders quickly, so changes or cancellations must be requested within 1 hour of placing the order. Contact us immediately via the contact form with your order number. After dispatch, orders cannot be changed — you can return items once received.
Yes — standard delivery is free on all orders over £50. Outlet and full-price items both count toward this threshold.
Yes. Once dispatched you'll receive a tracking email. You can also visit our Track My Order page or check your account order history at any time.

Products & stock

Yes, absolutely. FabPro Hair is an authorised UK stockist of Merlin Professional. Every product we sell is 100% genuine, sourced directly from the brand. We also stock genuine products from Wella, Kérastase, GHD and other leading brands in our outlet.
Each product page includes a detailed description, key ingredients and guidance on hair types. If you're unsure, our contact form allows you to send us a product question and we'll recommend the best option for you.
Popular products do sell out from time to time. We restock regularly — use the contact form to request a back-in-stock notification for any item and we'll email you as soon as it's available.
Yes. All outlet items are 100% genuine, full-size, unopened and in perfect condition. They are discontinued or end-of-line stock — not returns, not damaged goods.

Returns & refunds

Unfortunately we cannot accept returns on opened or used products for hygiene reasons. Unopened products can be returned within 30 days of delivery for a full refund.
Once we receive and inspect your return (usually 1–2 working days), refunds are processed within 5–7 working days to your original payment method.
No. We provide a free prepaid Royal Mail returns label for all eligible returns. For faulty or incorrect items, we cover all return costs.

Account & trade

Visit our sign-in page and click "Create account". You'll be guided through a short three-step registration. Once created you can track orders, save addresses and manage your wishlist.
Visit our Trade portal page and fill in the application form. We review all applications within one working day and will activate your account once approved.
Trade accounts start at Bronze tier from day one. As your cumulative spend grows, your tier upgrades automatically to Silver and then Gold — with increasingly generous pricing at each level. You'll receive an email notification each time you move up.
Visit the sign-in page and click "Forgot password?" Enter your email address and we'll send you a reset link valid for 30 minutes.
